Villa Ecologica is located close to Spoleto in Southern Umbria.   It sleeps 10-15 guests.  There is one accessible room for guests with disabilities.   The villa has been built using ecological materials and with the latest building technologies for energy efficiency.  The result is a villa with extremely comfortable feel about.

Enjoy your Umbrian stay in this spacious villa with private pool and excellent views over the hills.  The villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms.  One bedroom is on the ground floor and suitable for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users.

Umbria is the green heart of Italy.  The villa has 3 apartments, each on the ground floor and each with big private portico. There is one bedroom with bathroom suitable for people with disabilities including wheelchair users.   The pool and well maintained garden are set in the flat landscape looking onto the hills further away. Surrounded by farming fields you will find a quiet atmosphere, yet the motorway is on only 5 minutes. Ideal for discovering Umbria.

The villa is 2 km from the Carsulae pre Roman ruins and surrounded by some famous and antique thermal centres (Terme di San Gemini and Terme dell'Amerino). The ground floor has 5 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (one with bath, the others with showers). One of the bathrooms with a shower  is  suitable for guests with a  wheelchair.  The friendly owners live 2 km  away on a  big farm with animals. Guests are very welcome to come and visit taste products like honey, cheese and the superb quality chianina meat.
