This eco-lodge in the Gambia has been designed to mimic a traditional African village. There are 9 large African huts all with en-suite facilities and verandahs..  The Eco-lodge is accessible for people with disabilities.  All facilities are on ground floor level, with ramps and facilities for catering for tourists with special needs.  The huts are completely authentic until you step inside where you will find the degree of comfort you expect whilst on holiday, such as spacious accommodation, comfortable beds and an en-suite bathroom.

There are 4 deluxe, spacious, country holiday lodges, only 2 kms from the sea and a beautiful unspoilt beach. A fully integrated solar power system that pumps water, gives plentiful lighting, hot water showers, fans and chilled drinks.   All accommodation is at ground level with one small step into each lodge and another into the restaurant toilet.  There are 2 small  steps leading to the restaurant.  The lodges and restaurant (opened in February 2009) occupy a site filled with trees and colourful shrubs creating a dust- free oasis of green. Each of the four octagonal lodges has been designed to allow for maximum cross- ventilation through the louvre windows on each wall.  Each lodge is positioned so that all guests have their own, very spacious, private patio and garden area with table and chairs, sun-bed and hammock.
